Join Crafting by the Sea to create your own unique oyster shell ornaments to give as gifts or keep for yourself! All materials are supplied.
Guests are welcome to bring fun paper napkins to share for decoupage. A portion of each ticket will support The Ladies Auxiliary. Please buy tickets in advance so we are prepared. Cost for event is only $25.

Cabane Raffle - Saturday, November 29th
The Cabane has put together a wonderful basket for the November raffle, it is the Judy Moody Memorial Basket.
The basket includes a $50 gift card to Publix, a bottle of tequila, Margarita glasses, a bottle of Pino Grigio, two Jaguar wine glasses, serving trays and a throw blanket.
Tickets are only $1 for one ticket or $5 for six tickets.
Winner will be drawn on November 29th. You do not need to be present to win.

Richard will be back in the kitchen this year, cooking up a fabulous Thanksgiving feast for everyone to enjoy!
This year’s meal features a self-serve salad bar with a variety of deli salads and fresh fixings to create your perfect mixed green salad, followed by a plated turkey dinner with all the traditional favorites—mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans, and gravy. And don’t forget to stop by the dessert table for a sweet finish!
There’s no charge for this year’s meal, but cash donations are greatly appreciated to help cover costs.
We are asking that you still sign up in advance at the canteen so that we know how many to plan for.

Memorial Day - Monday, May 26th
Join us this Memorial Day for a complimentary lunch featuring burgers and hotdogs, generously provided by the Legion. We look forward to honoring the day together with great food and community spirit!
Memorial Day Weekend
Join us in honoring our veterans by volunteering on Saturday, May 24th, at 8 am to place flags at Warren Smith Cemetery. Help us pay tribute to those who have served our country by participating in this meaningful gesture of remembrance.
Additionally, we need volunteers on Tuesday, May 27th, at 8 am to assist in picking up the flags. Your contribution will ensure that these symbols of honor are respectfully cared for and stored until next year's memorial.
As part of our commitment to honoring veterans, we will also be participating in a service at Beaches Veterans Memorial Park on Monday, May 26th, at 9 am. All members are encouraged to attend this solemn ceremony as we come together to reflect on the sacrifices made by our brave service members.

Challenge 22 Walk - Saturday, March 22nd
Come out to Jacksonville Beach join American Legion 5th District Riders and Oceans Beaches American Legion Post 129 and our community for a walk, party and a day of camaraderie to help End Veteran Suicides at our Challenge 22 Walk set for March 22, 2025 at the Jacksonville Beach Pavilion, 75 First Street North.
The goal is to have a great time while raising awareness of a tragic epidemic of 22 suicides per day due to PTSD – and raising funds for veteran suicide prevention partners. We are asking everyone to register to walk for $22 to honor the 22 lives that are taken every day due to veteran suicide.
Registration & sign-in will begin at 8 a.m., followed by a 2.2 mile walk on the beach at 9 a.m. from the Pavilion Lawn to Oceanfront Park and back.
When our walkers return, our ceremony will begin, with guest speakers, food, vendors, and music from the Matt Altman Band – with more activities and fun continuing at American Legion Post 129 after the event.
