American Legion Post 129 Event Hall Information - Hall Rental only Available for Legion Members
Capacity for the event hall is 250. All rates include 2 hours set up, and use of our tables and chairs. Air Conditioning will be turned on one hour before event and will not be provided from set up unless renter agrees to pay an additional fee.
Standard pricing for rentals are as follows
Saturday Day
Member Price - $200 plus $75 for bartender
Sundays
Member Price - $250 plus $75 for bartender
A non- refundable deposit of $100 is needed to hold the date.
Renter may use their own cater, and bring in their own soft drinks. Renter may not use our kitchen due to insurance reasons. We can provide a cooler to keep your food cold but cannot heat up any food for you. All food must be ready to eat at time of arrival.
All liquor, wine, and beer must be purchased through American Legion Post 129; renter may not bring in their own. American Legion Post 129 will provide ice, straws, beverage napkins and plastic cups.
American Legion Post 129 will not provide any table linen, decorations, plates, serving utensils, or silverware. Renter is expected to provide their own decorations, plates, serving utensils, and silverware if needed.
Once the renter has left the Event Hall all property left in the Event Hall becomes the property of the American Legion Post 129 unless arrangements have been made ahead of time. We take no responsibility for lost or damaged property.
